In the past few years, lender financing has gotten significantly tighter.  Lenders see investment financing as more risky than owner occupant loans, due to the fact that a person will let their investment property go into foreclosure before they will let their home go back, should they be faced with a financial dilemma.  Therefore, banks have scaled back on their financing options for corporations and LLC's, since that puts an extra layer of protection between you and the bank.  However, some banks are allowing this type of financing if you have a track record or history of successful property ownership.  It may take purchasing 3 to 5 properties and showing 2 years or more of success as a landlord before a bank will allow you to change the loan to an LLC or corporation.  But rest assured, we will be there to walk you through the process to make it as painless as possible.
